Apply for funding approval, and obtain funding letter with an agreed funding limit

Step 2 Renter

Based on approved funding, search for a desirable rental unit.

Step 1 Seller

Has a unit listed either through PLP, private sale, or through agent.

After Renter and Seller have performed their due diligence and agreed on pricing, the property sale can be closed on and the paperwork completed.
